Return & Cancellation

At Theaaylixir, every product is crafted with love, care, and strict quality control. As a made-to-order company, we do not accept returns. However, exchanges may be facilitated in the following cases:

Manufacturing Defects

Our Quality Control team thoroughly checks every product before dispatch. In the rare case you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at support@v3.theaaylixir.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a stringent quality check.
  2. If approved, we will notify you via email that the exchange has been accepted.
  3. The same item will be re-crafted and shipped to you within 14 working days.

Important Points:

  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in perfect condition. Damaged or soiled returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • International customers will bear the cost of shipping both ways and any applicable customs duties.

Returning Items

If you need to return your item(s) by post or courier for an exchange, please email support@v3.theaaylixir.com with the following details:

  • Your name and address
  • Order number
  • Reason for returning the item(s)
  • Shipping agency and tracking number

Theaaylixir is not responsible for items lost in transit, damaged during shipping, or held at customs.

All custom-made orders are excluded from this exchange policy.
